Delivery

What is the processing time for orders?

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No, we do not offer same-day dispatch. Each order undergoes a processing period of 2-5 days before it is shipped.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This email will contain all the necessary details regarding your transaction.

What should I do if my shipment is returned?

If your shipment is returned, you may arrange for re-delivery with the courier service at an additional cost.

I entered the wrong address.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify shipping addresses once orders have been placed. We recommend contacting the courier service to provide the correct address upon delivery, especially if it is within the same city.

Is there free delivery available?

Currently, we do not offer free delivery, but we may consider this option in the future.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure your decision before proceeding with payment.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, modifications such as cancellation, additions, or deletions cannot be accommodated as orders are processed promptly after checkout.

My order has not been shipped after 5 days.

What if I receive my order broken?

My order was stolen or lost.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for stolen or lost items once they have been dispatched.
