By placing an order with FAIRIES LAND COSMETICS, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or that you have your parents' permission to buy from us) and that you understand and accept these terms and conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at FAIRIES LAND COSMETICS for the sale and supply of any products. Taxes
Please be aware that depending on your location and local customs taxes, local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the client. Beware that items shipped outside of the USA are subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling charges as defined by the country of import.

Payment
Until FAIRIES LAND COSMETICS receives complete payment, all products remain the property of Fairies Land Cosmetics. The price that applies is the one that is in effect at the time you place your purchase. Before finalizing the order, shipping and payment expenses are calculated. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from your parents before purchasing from FAIRIES LAND COSMETICS.
To ensure your safety, all transfers made through FAIRIES LAND COSMETICS are managed and transacted through third-party dedicated channels. All card information is processed through SSL encryption, and no card information is retained. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment gateway you choose for the transaction because they are liable for the transactions you make.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FAIRIES LAND COSMETICS and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
